this house is very similar to mine and costs $75,000 with $15,000 down.

My house is $65,000 with $25,000 down. both have three bedrooms and two baths.

But I looked for big bedrooms and a little yard to cut the grass and it seemed to me that hte house had everything that I needed. But thanks for your input anyways.
